1. How to log in eschool tuition payment collection login page?

Type https://eschool.firstbank.com.tw/ in web browser's address bar to go to eSchool tuition payment collection home pagechoose school type, school name, input student ID number, the last six digit of student's government issued ID card number (not necessary, depends on school). Click OK to login.

2. Why I cannot log in eSchool tuition payment collection portal? How come it shows the data does not exist?

a. School does not grant access for students to log in system, or the last six digit of government issued ID Card was not included in the uploaded data. As a result, cannot log in. If you have further question, please contact your school's staff. 
b. This system only provide services to schools participate tuition payment collection service. Please check if your school participates this service from First bank. 
c. Students’ payment information has not been uploaded by school, please contact your school’s staff.

   Print Payment Voucher

1. How to print a payment voucher?

Go to eSchool tuition payment collection home pagechoose school type, school name, input student ID number, the last six digit of student's government issued ID card number (not necessary, depends on school). Click OK to login. Then the page will display the unpaid payment voucher of the inputted student ID number. Please click to choose the payment voucher. If all information on the voucher is correct, proceed to print.

2. How to re-print a payment voucher?

Within the payment period set by your school, if tuition is unpaid, a payment voucher can be re-printed.

3. Why a payment voucher cannot be generated?

If the error message “Cannot print” occurred when printing a payment voucher, and the error is caused by lack of a program, Adobe Acrobat Reader to open a PDF file. Please go to the following website: Adobe official website to download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader 

4. Why the convenience store’s barcode scanner cannot scan the bar code on the payment voucher I printed at home?

To ensure bar code quality, please use a laser printer to print your payment voucher to avoid payment cannot be completed at a convenience store!

Students' Information and Content Issues of a Payment Voucher

 

1. My student information is not correct, how to correct it?

All students’ information in eSchool tuition payment collection portal were uploaded by school. First bank would not be able to confirm the correctness of students’ information. Also, would not be able to change the information. Please contact your school’s staff to make correction.

2. Why the items in my payment voucher are incorrect? There are extra or missing items.

a. If there is no payment voucher for current school year (semester), it should be caused by data was not uploaded by your school. Please contact your school staff then re-log in portal to check. 
b. If there are extra or missing items in your payment voucher, please contact your school staff to see if the item list is incorrect or have not yet granted access for students to log in portal.

3. I had applied tuition waiver or student loan. However, the total amount on the payment voucher is not adjusted accordingly. How can I correct it?

All students’ information in eSchool tuition payment collection portal were uploaded by school. First bank would not be able to confirm the correctness of students’ information. Also, would not be able to change the information. Please contact your school’s staff to make correction.

Explanations of Payment Methods

【**Please follow the payment methods in the payment instructions from your school**】

1. Pay at bank counter Please bring your payment voucher to make your payment at any Frist bank’s branch province-wide before the deadline. First Bank branches

2. ATM or other bank's online ATM (Does not limited to 30,000 NT) NoteIn order to use online ATM, an IC card reader needs to be self-provided

Every bank’s ATM or online ATM has different user interfaces, please follow your bank’s operation procedure accordingly Plug in your IC ATM Card → Input IC ATM card password → Choose Transfer funds → Code for transfer to bank, please input 007 → Transfer to account number, please input account number on the payment voucherTransfer to account number16digits → Input Tranfer amount → Confirm tranfer to bank, transfer to account number, and transfer amount are correct. Press Confirm key to complete transaction

3. Use First Bank's online ATM to make a paymentNote An IC Card reader needs to be self-provided

Method 1: Please go to https://eschool.firstbank.com.tw/ First Banks's eSchool tuition payment collection home pagechoose school type, school name, input student ID number, the last six digit of student's government issued ID card number (not necessary, depends on school). Click OK to login.→ Click and select the correct payment information (payment status: Has not been written off) Click Pay online-eATM → System will automatically fill in the 16 digit transfer to account number and the total amount (do not need to input) on the payment voucher → Plug in your IC ATM card → Type in the verification code and IC ATM card password → Click Confirm transaction → Payment successful

Method 2: Please go to https://www.eatm.com.tw/ Log in then choose Make Payment Page → Click Tuition Click and choose School of payment collection → Write-off number Please type in the 16 digit depositor's account number on the payment voucher Transfer to account number → Type in Payment amount → Plug in IC ATM Card → Type in IC ATM card password → Confirm transfer to account number and transfer amount are correct. Press Confirm transcation to complete transaction.

4. Use First Bank's ibank to make a payment ( Note: Must had applied a new personal online banking and fund transfer service from First Bank) 

Please go to https://ibank.firstbank.com.tw/ New personal online banking → Type in Government issued ID number, user name, and password→Click and choose Payment and Tax service → Click and choose Tuition choose Transfer to account number → Please type in the 16 digit depositor's account number (transfer to account number) on the payment voucher as the write-off number → Type in Transfer amount → Click Continue → Type in SSL password or electronic voucher password then click Confirm to complete the transaction.

5. Use First Bank's telephony bank to make a payment  Note: Must had applied telephony bank and fund transfer service from First Bank     

Please call 4050-6111cell phone dial 02-4050-6111 → For Mandarin service please press 1Taiwanese service please press 2 → To make a transfer please press 04 → Payment collection please press 06 → Please enter the 11 digit transfer from account number → Please enter the 4 digit telephony bank password → Please enter the 16 digit depositor's account number on the payment voucherTransfer to account number → Please enter payment amount then press # → Transaction complete.

6. Pay by credit card

Method 1: Online processing, please go to https://www.27608818.com (depending on whether the school has granted access) to make a payment.
Method 2: Process by phone, please call

7. Payment collection by convenience store

Before the deadline, bring your payment voucher to 7-11, Family Mart, Hi-Life, or OK to make a payment. Please keep the receipt untill the last date of paying tuition.

8. Overseas payment

Students from China can choose one of the two payment methods: Tenpay or Alipay
Log in eSchool tuition payment collection portal → Click and select the correct payment information (payment status: Has not been written off) → Select a payment method
Tenpay or Alipay → Log in payment platform then follow the instructions on the screen to complete payment.
After the payment is completed, First Bank will collect service fee. The payer is responsible for the service fee.

  Pay by Credit Card

1. If the payment method is pay by credit card, dose the credit holder has to be the same person on the payment voucher?

It is not necessary to be the same person.

2. Why cannot I pay my child's payment voucher with my credit card?

a. Please make sure that your child’s school has granted access to use pay by credit card as a payment method. If pay by credit card is not granted then it cannot be used as a payment method.
b. Please make sure to make a payment within the payment deadline. After the payment deadline, credit payment will not be accepted. Also, please check if the credit card is expired.

3. How to confirm the credit card payment has been successful?

a. An authorization code will be generated after you made the payment by credit card successfully. Please write down the authorization code. You can use the code to check the transaction with your credit card issuing bank.
b. It would take 3 ~ 5 business days to complete a credit payment. You can log in First Bank's eSchool tuition payment collection portal to check the payment status.

4. Whether I will get cash back or bonus points if I pay by a credit card? Can pay by credit be paid in installments?

a. Regarding to the cash back or bonus points, please contact the customer service department of your credit card issuing bank. 
b. Regarding to the installment plan, please contact the customer service department of your credit card issuing bank.

5. During a credit card transaction, a security code needs to be typed in. What is the security code?

If a security code needs to be typed in, please type in the 3 digit security code in the back of your credit card near your signature.

6. Why is my credit card payment failed, such as banking information appears incorrect, insufficient amount, authorization failure and so on?

Reasons for the failure of a credit card transaction, please contact your card issuer.

7. Why information cannot be found when use pay by credit card via phone?

Please call 02-2760-8818 (dedicated phone number for pay by credit card via phone), choose 2 to check transaction status, or contact your credit card issuing bank, If there is a record of your payment then it means that the transaction is successful.

8. I am not sure if my credit card issuing bank is one of the banks which allows to pay tuition by credit card.

There are about 30 credit card issuing banks allow to pay tuition by credit card, such as First Bank, The Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank, Fubon Financial, EnTie Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, KGI Bank, TC Bank, Taishin International Bank, Citi Bank, Bank of Taiwan, CTBC Bank, Taiwan Business Bank, Hua Nan Bank, Far Eastern International Bank, Yuanta Financial, Bank SinoPac, Cathay United Bank, Sunny Bank, E.SUN Commercial Bank, HSBC Bank, Union Bank of Taiwan, Jih Sun Bank, Taiwan Cooperative Bank, Shin Kong Bank, Bank of Kaohsiung, Land Bank,  TaiChung Commercial Bank, COTA Commercial Bank..

   Print Proof of Payment (receipt)

1. How to print a proof of payment (receipt)?

It will take 3~5 business days (different payment methods have different processing time) for payment to be posted. After payment is posted in eSchool tuition payment collection system, a proof of payment will be ready to be printed. 
To print a proof of payment: Log in to First Bank's eSchool tuition payment collection portal, choose school type, school name, input student ID number, the last six digit of student's government issued ID card number (not necessary, depends on school). Click and choose 
Print completed payment information (Must be posted in system) proof of payment.

2. How to get a receipt when the payment method is online banking, online ATM, ATM, or pay by credit card, etc....?

Currently, when the payment method is online banking, online ATM, ATM, or pay by credit card, etc…., a receipt with stamp is no longer required as a proof of payment. If your school has the requirement, after your payment had been made successfully 3-5 business days, you can log in eSchool tuition payment collection portal to print proof for payment. To print a proof of payment: Log in to First Bank's eSchool tuition payment collection portal, choose school type, school name, input student ID number, the last six digit of student's government issued ID card number (not necessary, depends on school). Click and choose Print completed payment information (Must be posted in system) proof of payment.

    Payment Issues

1. How to pay when the payment is past due?

If the payment is past due, please contact your school staff.

2. If a student dropped out or made a duplicate payment, how to request a refund?

Currently, the extra payment, drop out refund, incorrect payment amount, account number does not exist, or a duplicate payment, since all funds are being transfered to the school's account, please request a refund from the school.

3. I have completed my payment. How can school identify the payment is from me?

Since every student has a unique depositor's account number, after your payment has been posted, First Bank's system will process write-off automatically. Also, your payment status will become has been written off. A school staff can see that you had already made the payment when log in the system.

1. This web site provides functions such as query or print proof of payment to students whose schools entrust First Bank as a tuition payment collection agent. Please pay attention to check if your school has participated in First Bank's tuition payment collection program before you log in this portal. 
2. This eSchool tuition payment collection system is only a web platform for schools to upload data. First Bank can only answer questions regarding operational problems. As for questions regarding student's information or contents of payment voucher, please contact your school's staff.
